today when i started up my truck the a/c was knocking really bad for about 3 mins and was not throwing any air out the vents then it goes away i truned off the a/c and started the truck up again and it did it again for only 10 sec. does anyone know what may be the problem.

 

probably the actuator. Just had mine replaced. It was clicking, but my ac still worked, just would sound funny, like it was switching vents. Actually I have had mine in the shop twice for AC. Also, the carpet up under the glove box came down. had them remove it and clean it up.

 

thanks for the info. im taking the truck in this week only suck that the truck has 13,000 mile and it acting up
