09 ram 1500 with check engine light on

i have these codes showing up on my dodge
p0303 cylinder 3 missfire detected
p0203 injector circuit/open-cylinder 3
does this mean that the injector is bad on cylinder #3

Is it running rough? meaning a dead miss. If so it could possibly be a bad injector or wiring issue to that injector. Take it in to the dealer you should still have warranty.
