Does anyone know if a 09 jeep 430N Nav. unit work in my 2010 Ram 1500? If so will the message center work? Will it be plug and play?

I am not 100% sure but I think the Jeeps have a low speed bus and our Rams require a high speed. So I don't think it will work.

Some Jeeps have high speed, I just sold a REN from my RAM to a guy with a 2010 Jeep Wrangler and it works fine.
