I purchased the drivers side foam cup holder from Dodge parts and dropped it into the passenger door---the little hole faces forward, which is reversed, but it looks and fits great. I think it was twenty something dollars.

 

I bought one from Dodge parts for Twenty something dollars --it fits great. You'd never know it was backwards.

 

Hi, My 09 SLT came same way, only on driver side. I got one from the dealer, after "She Who Must be Obeyed" said this wasn't fair. I will dig through my invoices and try to get you a part number. It wasnt that expensive, maybe 25 bucks Cdn, which today is about 22 U.S.
