Default Moe's Performance Review

I placed an order in July and have JUST recieved it. Called a total of 5 times always went to voicemail which was sometimes full! Emailed them 4 times.
HORRIBLE way to do business. I will never order anything again from these people.
Just a possible warning for all. Have checked other forums where people have had this same service quality. FYI

Funny you mention this, on the 2nd email I mentioned I was canceling the payment and then magically got intouch. Then he sent me a shipping conformation, 12 days went by and finally get it but the item was missing a mount which then took an additional 3 weeks to recieve.

I am very surprised to read this. I have ordered several times from Moe's and have always felt the order came fast and the customer service was awesome. Glad you got your stuff but sad it took so long.

Yeah, I've ordered through Moe's a couple of times. He made a call for me so I got my lowering kit in quicker than it normally would. I ordered my SC through him too, and got that quickly too. He also got the refund taken care of on the SC when I returned it.

Sorry you had issues man.

How long ago did you all make these orders? I ordered from him because of the good reviews I saw on other forums from people last year....but this year I have seen alot of similar cases to mine. I was very disappointed cause his prices were pretty good.

I just ordered a Bakflip G2, good price and came in 3 days. Perfectly happy.

It's seems to always be a hit or miss with these Internet companies. I had a horrible time with getting my Mufflex, but plenty of others have had no problems at all. Some times I think Internet companies have a huge wheel of fortune attached to their orders system and random emails will come in labeled "Screw this guy!"
