mine looks identical to yours...let me know how it went!!!
So I had an appointment on Friday to have the dent looked at and possibly fixed by a PDR specialist. I got a call pretty quickly from the dealership saying that the dent guy did not want to get involved with the issue and that they also saw similar dents near the sunroof on RAM's in the lot, showing that it is more than likely a factory issue. I was then told to go to the body shop for another opinion (since I was not looking to get it repainted) The body shop said that they would use body filler and repaint the panel and didn't seem interested in removing the headliner to have a look at the frame underneath to possibly pop the dent/sunroof frame back up. After talking to the dealership again it sounds as if they would have to have the entire issue photographed and submitted to Chrysler for approval to have the panel repainted, once again not what I was looking to have done. I called a few dent repair places and most places right off the bat don't want to or say they cannot get involved with dents neat the sunroof as the whole frame is glued to the roof and is not easy to access. For now I will probably have to live with it however I have one more dent guy who is going to see what he can do. Overall though, this is a **** poor excuse for quality control for a brand new vehicle that costs 45K.

Yikes! One more reason to avoid the sunroof I suppose.

So after having been given the runaround at the delaership, I ended up finding a very reputable painteless dent removal guy who was not scared to tackle the job. Having seen the before and after I was amazed at his work and it looks excellent. Here are the updated pictures. FYI, if you have the same dents from the factory and they recommend painting it, don't do it! If you find a PDR business who won't attempt it, it is because they don't have the know how.
