I'll have some black ones available soon. I'd prefer to have stayed with black, but the towing mirrors that they put on the 2500/3500 seem to have only come in chrome.

 

I have some oem black without blinkers available, not painted, though.

 

Did you order 2500 tow mirrors and install. Did they have turn signal on them still?

 

Yes, I ordered the chrome 2500 flip up tow mirrors. They have turn signals and puddle lights. Havn't had them activated yet, so the turn signals and puddles don't work - not sure I really care.

 

How much did they set you back, and PN if you have it. I already have turn and puddle lights on current mirrors so I likely would not need activated. Do they auto dim also? My current ones do.

I got one for $150 brand new off ebay, and the other for just under $300 shipped from mopar-wholesale.com

List on them is $409 each.

As for the auto dim, I've heard of that for a rearview mirror - but never seen it in a door mirror. No idea if they do or not.

 

Old Jeep, are you saying the 2500 tow mirrors will fit our 2009 1500s?

 

Old Jeep , That is strange,.......... I just got the black tow mirrors for my 1500 and they have the puddles and turns and heat, they are OEM from another member of the forum, and when I put them in all works perfectly, it came with black mirrors that had all the same but were not tow flip up mirrors, like i have now............

 

Not strange at all since my old mirrors did not have signals or puddles. If your original mirrors had them then the circuit is already active.

 

2010 and 2011 will.
