Rotors and pads HELP???

I have a 2004 Dodge Ram 1500 QC SB Laramie i bought rototrs and pads for it like 4 months ago and never got around to changing them. So i was wondering, I'm trading my 2004 for a 2010 in a week, will those rotors and pads fit on a 2010? or do I just sell them?
