thinking about adding the RER radio and Uconnect to my Ram. Need to go hands free soon in NH. I have heard problems with adding in this system. what are the issues? And what are the issues with adding one bought from ebay, such as this one?

Hey Ramulak! For our 4th Gen Rams we need High Speed Bus. The one you saw as a very attractive price but its low speed so not compatible.

Do you have to go to dodge to get the uconnect installed? More $$$?

 

Nope, just buy the Mopar microphone for about $50. Its plug 'n play with the MyGig. You don't need to have it activated by the dealer or anything.
