Did you change the tires? I'm having the same issue. Hoping its just a reballancing.

Also did you get an alignment? That took most of the shake out of mine.

i put 325/60/20's on my 04 after doing a leveling kit. i get a shake also when getting up to speed. sometimes larger tires just arent balanced very well. I have a guy I know that put 40's under his superduty and his tire guy put sand in them of some sort, and it rides smooth. i was in it before and after. thinking about taking mine to this guy to find out what he did

they make special balancing beeds for larger tires such as tractor trailer tires. some tire shops carry them.

I would think you are getting vibration from the drive shafts. The universals are now operating at an increased angle due to the lift. This will make them vibrate more.

It's not easy. You would have to "tilt" the axles to reduce the deflection angle.

Mine did this from day one off the lot. Ive driven 3 others stock that did the same thing. I now have a lift and tires and it still does it and is a little more noticeable and annoying at about 20mph. Ive searched the internet for this issue and this is not the only vehicle on the road that does this. Ive read about all makes and modelds of cars and trucks that have this issue and yet no one seems to know what the heck is actually causing it. I just wonder with so many people having this issue from day 1 what can be done to bring this to the manufactures attention.
