Red face Need Help With Leveling Kit

New to raising/leveling trucks. Wanting to know what size kit to buy. I assumed 2" but I hear some guys going 2.5". I have a 2009 4.7 crew cab. What size and type of brand should I get and y? Any help is appreciated. My truck is not 4x4, just want a clean look and smooth ride.

This is the kit I put on my 2009. I beleive it is the only kit for the 2wd drive version of our truck. I didn't notice a difference in the ride. All of the other kits are for 4wd drive and will not work on the 2wd Coilover.

2wd trucks get yourself daystar leveling kits, you can get yourself a 1.5", 2", and 2.5". You can get it leveled with a 1.5" with about a 1" rake for 39.99 and the 2" level will cost you a bit more cause it is recommended to get new front shocks as the stock will over extend and eventually go to poop. I just leveled mine check it out:

Go to DT.com which is dodge talk.Com and look up my name which is the same as on here and you will see my post on leveling the rig.

And here is a great write up on how to do it.

If you have any more questions or dunno how to take something apart let me know.

Yeah the Day Star works good on the 2wd. The gap between the front fender and the rear will be exactly 3/4" off (front being lower) but the truck looks level once its installed.
