Suggestions on next best performance improvements to do -
So far I have put in a factory muffler delete pipe DODM80 (sounds fantastic btw) (claimed 8-12 HP increase per manufacturer), a K/N cold aircharger 63-1561 (15.6 hp gain claim by K&N), and a Superchips Flashpaq tuner which I set for the "Performance 93 octane" (canned) tuning option - and I turned off MDS (also running 93 octane fuel of course). The truck does seem noticeably quicker, but the greedy speedster I am, I would like to do some more performance improvements (from lowest cost to highest cost order) - what would be the next most cost-effective enhancement I can do? Note, I have the 3.55 gears which I decided to stay with for now, since I wanted a good compromise between excellent top-end speed/acceleration, and also off-the-line acceleration too. I had 3.92s in my 2006 Ram and it was superb off the line but lacked good acceleration in the 80 plus range naturally. Any suggestions from folks that have really gotten much improved performance out of their 2010 Ram 5.7 hemi's is greatly appreciated. Thanks!

i agree with the headers. thats prob going to b your biggest improvement bolt on wise. throttle body spacer is cheap, not a lot of gain though. throttle respnonse is noticeable. plugs, underdrive pulleys (if they make them for us yet)
a pricey add on is a turbo systems from Squire Turbo Systems. they had a complete kit for the 3rd gen hemi but not this one yet although you can buy kits from there to do it yourself and they give full support with everything. i am waiting on a reply from them on a turbo or twin turbo system and what i would need and price wise. if i hear back i will make a thread about it
Throttle body spacers aren't worth their weight in what ever material they were made out of. On motors designed since TB fuel injection, it doesn't work.
Personally, I say look at headers, then a cam. If you don't want to get too extreme with needing custom tuning for for your cam then you need to look at the 6.1 cam. Factory cam, pushrods, and valve springs will fit on our 5.7's giving a nice performance boost across the board.
