my 09 i have the k&n .. I think on the highway I see about 1 to 1.5 more mpg ... around town seems a lil' quicker... Maybe 1 mile improvement in town

If that much of a improvement in MPG I can't why they don't come with one from the factory.

Not many cars are fitted as standard with K+N air filters its like having a BOSE stereo system as standard.

Its not quite the same.If a K&N would raise fuel mpg by a mile to the gallon they would be standard.

You got that right! Detroit, or where ever these trucks are made these days, would kill for 1 more mpg with just a simple change of air filter.
