Default Lift Kit Help

Hey y'all I have a 2009 slt quad cab 4x4 hemi and I want to put a lift kit on it I just wanted to know it any of yah have ever use or heard about the 5" body lift kit from performance accessories? its actually a 2" leveling kit for the front and a 3" body lift all around. Any Pros or Cons on this? I dont wanna lose my lifetime warrenty and the dealer said I could to a body lift and would not mess with the warrenty... I dont knwo if thats what y'all were told or not. But any help would be nice thanks....

I do beleive that is the case. Go to performance accessorys website and the info on the kit is there.

I have been to the website and they dont list anything but what it has in it and I dont think they would put anything bad in their about it since there selling it lol

So nobody has used this kit???? I really would like to order it but if its a bad set up no point wasting my money on junk

Try the Superlift 4". Have it and love it.

umm lifting the truck should not void the warranty, the lift itself would not be covered but as long as the lift is installed by the dealer or a reputable installer it should be fine! It kinda depends on how cool your dealer is i guess but mine said LIFT it! If something were to go wrong they would have to prove that the lift was the cause of the problem, so if done correctly and you don't go ramping it or something you should be fine

oh ok I will look into that superlift and my dealer seems pretty kewl they said I could lift it but dont go over a 6" cus it puts to much stress on the front yoks of the drive shaft that and they said if I go with a body lfit it keeps everything the same on the suspension and that way the would never be a chance to void it out cus we had a doctor do a 10 to 12" lift on a ram and put 40's on it and never tighten the lug nuts up all the way (got in a hurry to drive it) and took off out the drive. the wheel came off and broke the rear end axle and bent the rear end he lost his warrenty.... They also said I could do it and that would be fine just come in and have one of their guys look it over and everything would be kewl...
