Default Installes recon projector lamps. Turn signal out.

When I did my line tests I stripped back the wires for the parking/turn lamp. First one that I tried(outside wire) did nothing when I tested it. I then tried the next cable, and found that it was the parking light connected to it then secured the lamp. I didn't notice until this morning the truck was saying the turn lamp on the left side is out.
My question is, did I blow a fuse? Or did something in the bulb fry and I need to replace it.

If it is the turn bulb and a fuse, where will I find in the fuse block?

O
III

O = connector
III = 3 wires

I removed the cover (electrical cover/plastic) from the exterior of all 3 cables by about an inch. Took the positive and negative cables from the lamps and tapped them to the cables til I found the parking lights. Which ended up being the 2 outside cables. I'm guessing that the negative and positive gaps I created touched at some point. I'm trying to figure out which fuse it would be.
