I also noticed that the passenger seat has quite a bit of movement in it when going over bumps. Is this normal?
Door shouldn't move if it is properly closed and seals in place, I know mine are solid. And the seat should be solid as well.

I've got what sounds like the same clunking/rattle in my truck... Its coming from the Left rear door post area, cant figure it out for the life of me. Its not my side step (although those generated a clunk when I first got the truck), I removed those and still clunks away.

I think it is either the right forward mounted stabilizer bar or the plastic guard between the cab and box. I will experiment with it and try to narrow it down. I have checked all the obvious items.

Did anyone ever figure out what this noise is? I hear it on mine too.

Have you guys checked to make sure ALL your seatbelts are in the proper locations when not being used...? Improper seatbelt flopping around can make some very disturbing rattles. Just a thought anyway... seen it many times.

EDIT: whoops sorry, thats been mentioned already.

Another thing to check, loose E-brake cables banging around under the truck. Check all the exhaust grommets too.

My 2013 1500 quad cab had what sounds like the same sound. The dealer found it, said it was the cab isolator bushing bolts were not tight enough. They also replaced the right rear shock on the same visit, but the sound is gone.
