Default Change Comfort Control System Temp Settings?

Hey Guys,

I searched the forum for this, but couldn't find any info.
Does anyone know if it is possible to change the temperature setting that controls when the heated seats & steering come on? Factory setting is 40 degrees or below for heated seats/steering to come on. I would like to raise that up a few degrees.

There has to be a thermostat somewhere that tells it when to come on or not. Find it. Kill it. Put a toggle switch in.....
In my Rav4 you just turn it on. It can be 80 degrees out. Why is it that there is some Dodge douche-bag engineer that has got to tell you when your a$$ is cold or not?

i just wish it wouldn't blow f'n COLD air on FULL BLAST when you get in (before the truck warms).
this should be an easy fix with a software tweak.
