Default Ram tuner

Im wanting to know some about a tuner. How do you use it ? Where you buy it and how much ? Does it help performance ? Can you disable the mds ? Does it really help performance ? I have 3.21 reg cab 2wd hemi 20" wheels, but plan on switching to 4.10 sometime. Its a 2010. Can i still use 89 octane ? Thanks

I'll answer this:
How do you use it? Follow the instructions depending on the unit u buy.
Where do you buy it and how much? There are many vendors, and it depends on what unit you want. There are Superchips, and Diablo. Google the tuner and you'll find prices.
Does it help performance yes
Can you disable MDS? yes
Does it really help performance? Yes, but a Diesel truck would see better gains vs a Gas
Can I still use 89 Octane? 87, 89, 91 or 93 depending on the handheld tuner/programmer u use.
