Got a couple questions for you guys...

I installed the factory trailer brake controller in a 2010 Laramie and I'm getting the option code flashed on Wednesday.

When the key is turned or the truck is started/shut off, is the controller supposed to click? I know it sounds dumb, but I wanted to be sure it wasnt just me. It clicks when the truck is turned on and clicks again when turned off.

Thanks!
Mark

FYI I ordered from mopar-wholesale.com (EXCELLENT DEAL! 113 shipped to my door)
56029431AG (controller)
1EB13XDVAA (gray bezel)

Any pictures of this Mopar controller installed. I am looking to get one and want the dealer one and I am curious what it looks like installed. Also does the dealer have to install it or is it simple enough for the average truck owner to install? Thanks

i don't have any pictures of mine but its is really simple to install put mine in in about 10 min, only took that long cause i had to find a extra screw to put it in, simple 2 plugs and it works just like that, the dealer will have to flash your truck for it to work in your evic but it will work without being flashed just like a regular controller

Takes about 15 minutes working at a snails pace.
