Angry Body Damage

Well I bought my 2011 last month on the 28th and havent even had it a month and there is already some considerable damage to the passenger side door. No accident or anything like that but there is a crease from some *** clown slamming their door into mine. It is about 7 inches below the door handle and is a pretty solid crease. I have the 3 year 36 on it but i am curious as to know what i can expect when i get to the dealership to have it repaired. How long should it take and what will it entail. Will they have to replace the door beacuse of the crease and location of it or will they try to pull it and fill it?

Try one of the dent pulling services first before going to the stealer....

It is just plain ol' lack of respect!I have a few nicks and scratches on mine as well.I use to get so aggrivated,I would get sick at my stomach, saying those stupid $%%^^&&.It pisses me off to know how hard I work to have the things I want, and here some ((*$%#@!) hits your truck with a buggy or their door.It pisses me off for you.The sad part is,nothing can be done unless it was recorded on a survaliance camera in the parking lot for evidence.Maybe some company makes a 360 degree view camera that can be descretely mounted to a vehicle, without discharging the battery.I hope you get your truck fixed!

I don't think the 3 yr 36k warranty covers body damage. You will most likely have to go through your own insurance and pay the deductible.

Find a paintless repair guy in your area. I had a similar issue on another truck and a paintless repair guy fixed it.

Warranties don't cover accident damage, that is what insurance is for.

And this is why I'm having all out war with my school because I choose to park this way with a buddy of mine and his 09.

I coulda bought a lifetime no deductible paintless dent repair policy through the dealer for $245 when I purchased the truck

Regretting that I didn't. Have spent almost that much for repairs already.

Sad part is that the dents were my own dam fault.

I hate to tell you this, but parking this way is bound to attract the wrong kind of interest from those who don't agree with your "statement". You're more likely to get "keyed" when it looks like you are taking up extra spots in the lot.
