hey fingerbang have you had any problems with the front end and the CV angles? Did you have to cut or weld any parts. and i noticed that you stuck with a 17'' rim other lifts require you to go bigger nice to see you don't have to with this lift.

no problems with CV angles, a spacer is added to the driveshaft though. You do have to cut part of the front crossmember mount, once the stock crossmember is removed, no welding required.

So far the kit is holding up. I have only had it on a month so far and need to take the truck in to get it all retightened and then RE-Realigned.

I have had the front passengers side coil spring pop on me when i hit a large speed bump once or twice. Will see what the problem is when i throw it on the rack.

Improved the overall ride and look of the truck.

ride quality is very nice, only issue is with alignment, but i believe that is more an issue with the guys doing it. he seems knowledgeable, but after 3 alignment and pulling to the right, he slotted out the crossmember to give more room for camber or caster, now it pulls to the left. part quality is very nice, everything fits nice and tight

i am still unsure if the lifted truck should be aligned to factory specs or not. he doesn't seem to think so, so the alignment is at:

camber 1.0° left 0.1° right
caster 3.3° left 4.6° right
toe 0.21° left 0.16° right
cross camber 0.9°
cross caster -1.3°
total toe 0.38°

Did you have to do anything with the stock brakes? I'm looking at the 4" RC lift, and my dealer is telling me that with 35's I'd need to install larger brakes, but after searching a bunch of mods here I can't see that anyone has had to do that.

Also, how do you recalibrate the speedometer??

Thanks!
