I have a noise in front when the 4wd is engaged, it's not really working, happened while in 4wd. Anybody else with problems like this or know what it could possibly be? Only a little over 6,000 miles on it also. Thanks

Could be that the system isn't going completely into 4wd. Either way it's dealer time.
