squeeks and rattles?
I DO have to agree with you mike, somewhat, due to temp`s, but.....
i am the original owner of a 1970 Dodge Challenger T/A 340SIXPAK, never restored, not a single squeak or rattle since day one, and that only cost me $4 grand, but my $40,000 dollar dodge truck sounds like a house full of hungry mice and a shakin`bucket of marbles driving down the road...? I understand to a degree that some vehicles DO have some squeaks and rattles, but one would think the quality would have came up along with the price thru the years. Ok, i`m dreaming again, sorry.....lol

That much noise is unacceptable. One of the things I liked about the Ram was how quite it is or can be. Squeeks/rattles drive me nuts. I agree that the workmanship on fit and finish should be great in a 40K truck. Hope you can resolve the problems. Some of the rattles/squeeks I've just searched them out and fixed them myself. Had a big squeek when the truck would twist a bit (entering driveway), Turned out to be the plastic hood stops rubbing against the hood. Readjusted and put on some foam padding. No more noise.
And 99% of the time, we`ll do a far better quality job doing our own work anyway.
I sure hope so! Otherwise it gets the friendly five again, lol!
I hear ya brother, i`ve been there so many times, its a wonder i hadn`t busted my dam hands yet for as many times i`ve done that thru the years...lol
