Default Relay Harness for HIDs, where in line?

Need help guys, finally got HIDs for my 2010 w/ Quad Headlights. The kit came w/ a relay harness but the instructions don't show where they go. DO they go betweem the factory harness and the Ballast? Or the HID Bulb and the BAllast? THanks for replies in advance.

Correction...It appears I have a capacitor, and not a relay harness. Still, don't know where it goes on in the diagram.

Are you sure it's not a error corrector?

Yep. Pretty sure its a capacitor. Fogs are in and man, what a difference. Hope to get the low beams on tomorrow.
