Most likely its the torque convertor unlocking/locking
Get use to it, most all the 1/2 & 3/4 ton dodge trucks do it, some better, some worse than others.
If you feel that its getting worse, have it checked out, might just need a re-flash and re-learn.
Also, change your driving habits and see if THAT makes a difference. Sometimes my truck will throw a fit once in awhile and i just take it out on the highway and jam the gas pedal and let it go up thru the gears hard. That usually fix`s it for me, and it goes back to shifting perfect again after that...., BUT, you may have a different issue all together. Some people on the forums say they`ve changed over to synthetic and they`re saying it made a world of difference....dunno, do what you feel is right.
