hey all...happy hoildays..quick ?..lookin to put in a factory remote starter installed at the dealership...they tell me the unit comes with new keyfobs for starting the unit..my ? is i want to keep and use the orginal keyfobs as extra keys if i lose any remote one is this possible..cause im clueless on this new key system.. thanks you for any help..merry chirstmas

When I had my remote start put in the dealer reprogramed my old fobs. The old ones will not remote start but they work otherwise.

 

Yep. They just reprogram the old remotes if it is not "Factory" installed.

If you have the FOB with the remote start on it they should be able to make those work I would think....?
