Is good for dodge ram 1500 laramie? But the most important question is: can we use this kit with the standard wheels and tires, and there are any problem about vibrations??

I wouldn't. That much plastic between the frame and the body could fail pretty spectacularly in an accident.

It's a 3" body lift packaged with a 2" leveling kit. Shouldn't have any issues other than the shudder some experience with leveling kits.
