Default leveling truck and mpg

her guy i was thinking of leveling the truck it a trx4 with the adjustable shocks and was wondering how muck of a loss in mpg to expect staying with the same tire at the most going to 285/70/17. also if i stay at the 2.1 setting do you think ill have any problem with the shutter, as of right now its as smooth as glass. any one with experience with this setup let me know.

I have the Mopar 2.5 leveling kit and I am running 34's. I lost 2.5 on the freeway and 1.5 around town. I was getting 19 highway and now I am getting 16.5, around town I was getting about 15.5 and now I get about 14. Sucks but fortunately my company pays for my fuel. I have re-calibrated my speedometer as well.

Everyone that I have heard that has installed those Bilstein's has taken them out because of the Shutter. There is a guy on here, I think his name is SKIING or something like that, that had them on and it messed up his front end so bad he ended up just trading the truck back in and he got a 2500. Personally I would stay away from them. I would get what you can from the dealer and heve them install it. This way if you do develop an issue they have to fix it. That is what I did, however I do not seem to be having any issues.
