Random Problems.
My father contacted me about problems he is having with his 09' RAM. Checked for him and it seems pretty weird... He's getting a "Service Park Assist" message on his dash. I was thinking maybe it was dirty sensors because of the snow we just got last night.
But the weird problem is, his HVAC, Wipers, ESP and Air Bag don't work. The screen shows ESP BAC. I was assuming this is a fuse issue, but I can't figure out which one it could be. Since Wipers/HVAC are on two different fuses. I was thinking maybe it has to do with like a CTM fuse or something. But it doesn't mention anything like that in the manual.
Any assistance would be great.

ESP BAS. My bad. Changed out basically all the fuses except for the Mopar specific ones & the relay's that are in the fuse area. Didn't solve anything.
I doubt a bad wheel sensor would take out wipers etc. That's what I find strange...

Points to an issue in the TPMS. Might be worth removing the top and make sure all the cables are still connected properly.
Remove cover TIPM.
Remove the B+ terminal nut (green arrow) from the TIPM and remove the B+ cable.
Release the 5 tabs holding the TIPM to the battery tray, lift it out and turn upside down - There will be a bunch of cables connected to the bottom of it, they have locking mechanisms but maybe one was not locked properly and came loose.

Will check that out. While testing to see what else was out. Came to find out that the rear windows weren't working either. Wouldn't go up or down from the driver side control panel, nor the switches in the back. It's quite confusing. But thanks for that, I was trying to figure out how to lift that up, as I dropped a fuse down near there.

Nope, its from the install instructions for the power tailgate lock - which gets spliced into the bottom of the power center.

It's a 2009, probabally out of warranty already (except for the powertrain). Basic warranty is only 36K
