Default Warranty upgrade prices?

Been looking to extend the warranty, hit the 34k spot, anyone out there getting any good prices on the max lifetime for the 09s, lowest I have found is 1870 with 90 plan charge for 12 mos 0%, I know how is zero interest if they are charging you 90 up front (bait and switch).

If you have 34K on it already and are not having big problems, take the $1800 and either put it in the bank or pay down your loan if you have one. You already have a lifetime on most of the expensive pieces.

yeah seems like that, but when you get down to it all with the electronic items the a/c, etc, it will get expensive on some of the items, plan on keeping this truck for a while, the wife is due a car before me. I took her 05 caravan sxt in for a radiator replacement, spring bushings, front steering joint, and a few other items and it was over 1200, luckily we had it under warranty still with 50 deductable, nice to put in, comes out done, I don't have to screw with it, course I could of done it for probably 300-400 dollars, but didn't have to. 1870 pays for itself in one shot if the a/c goes, computer, fuel system (15% etoh on its way), etc. I am going back and forth over this as it is alot of money.

Guess it depends on your personal experiences. The last bunch of cars we have had never required any work other than maint for the 75-140K miles we kept them, all the warranty work was in the first year. That being said, they have mostly been Kias and a Ford this is the first Dodge I've owned.

Edit: 3rd dodge - I completely forgot about 2 POS cars my wife had - a 96 Chrysler Cirrus that was recalled every 15 minutes and a 99 Grand Caravan. Mentally blocking those things out I guess. Since then she has upgraded to Hyundais and Kias
