It's cold out there but...
We have the same truck. I personally think you should paint them because the front looks weird to me. If they where the bolted looking ones or something special I would say leave them but I think they would look better painted. I want to do this to my truck and I plan on painting mine. I also have a set of rubber Mopar mud flaps I am going to install after I get the flares. I plan on waiting til my current tires wear out before I put flares on it. My setup now does not stick out at all and my next setup I want 35x12.5 with the flares and aftermarket rims. I do think over all they look good, I would paint them though.
Very easy. I put a set of Bushwacker 6" pocket flares on my Wrangler and they were a PITA but these went on pretty easily, probably took me an hour to do all four.

Yea, I'm not super happy with how the front ones terminate near the headlights, I had hoped they would either extend down to the bumper or end evenly with the diagonal body line there... instead they just sort of fall somewhere in between. I didn't want the look of the pocket flares because to me the pockets are more of a rugged, off road look - and I just don't think a 4" lift and 35's exactly screams "off road". With all the chrome and 20" wheels this truck is a bit more "bling" and I wanted to carry that look instead of mixing it up with more rugged looking accessories. Originally I was 100% sure I was going to have them painted until I started thinking about the black rubber seal that you have to install between the flare and the body... I wonder if a little black stripe outlining the flare wouldn't look sort of gaudy on a white truck. I've looked at a bunch of white/light colored trucks and while I've found some light colored rigs that look ok, the white/black thing just seems to cross a line for me. Sorta like those people who outline every body panel on a vehicle with that silver edging stuff... to each his own, but I think that looks absolutely hideous. Same color body panels should blend (IMO), not be separated by colored lines.

I wondered how they protected the fender. That is really weird, did you look into having that piecepainted as well? I know it is rubber but I would think a good body shop would be able to paint them some how. Probably loosley installed and taped off. I also think those outlined trucks, as I call them, look stupid to.
Bought these on Ebay for $125.00 Painted them to match the truck. This is roughly how yours would look. They are OEM that were originally silver.
