I wanted to know if anyone has any suggestions on a set of HIDs and foglight kit for a 2009 dodge ram. Also I don't know much about the headlights themselves only that I have one bulb per assembly. I want a set of foglights that are rectangular in shape but also have the in dash button like the factory fog lights.

Well I can tell you you have the H13 head lamps. HID's are kinda tricky for these new Rams. I had to buy two sets because the first set didn't have everything I needed. I never got the second set to work and now I'm deployed. So I can't tell you a brand to use because I haven't got mine to work yet. I know lots of people have them though. As for fog lights, there's just about anything you want out there as far as size and shape. Just find what you like and hook them up.
