I'm about to go shopping for a new truck in Canada, and this will be the second vehicle I have bought. I was pretty green when I bought my first vehicle. The truck I built online is price at 39,970 after rebates. What's a good price from a dealer for this truck?

LOL, you might have to tell us what the configuration of the truck is before asking what is a good price.

 

Sorry, it's a 2011 ram sport. With 3:92, premium package, leather package, power adjustable pedals, class iv hitch, and 121 litre tank.

 

Very similar to mine.

Sounds about right.

 

crew cab, quad cab, reg cab, 4x4, 4x2, what radio etc

 

Duad cab 4x4. Its comes with the 430 without navigation.

 

There is a guy Jerry Reynolds [the car pro] on wbap 820 a.m. He has a great program on buying cars/trucks. Look up the radio station and see his picture.
Basicly dealers invoice , plus hold back , plus all incentives. There is a rep in each dealer they deal with. you call him give your model infromation , trade, and it is ready when you get there . we boght a 2010 Jeep this way , very easy todo.

Most dealers ,if they offer 4,000 off its on the msrp. not the dealers invoice which could be 2-3000 more ???

Thanks, I went to the dealer and they offered me a 2011 sport with luxury group, premium group, sun roof, power adjustable pedals, trailer brake, 3.92, 32 gallon tank, 430n with nav, Side step and bed rail, class iv hitch, and back up camera all in at 40588. Now in gonna let them stem for a few days and see if it's better.
