New Member, simple questions
Hello All,
New member, first post. Just bought me a 2011 Big Horn Quad, my homecoming present from Afghanistan. I am looking at adding a cold air intake, window vent shields and a rear window vent shield. I am looking at either K&N or Mopar CAI. Any opinions on the two??
Also on the vent shields, i can find all kind of side window products, but does anybody make a rear window vent/solar shield that fits the 4th gen trucks? Other than that I will probably add a billet fuel door.
I bought my truck over the internet/phone. I was able to pick it up for $30,500.00. Is this a pretty decent price? I have the Big Horn with the touch screen audio, audio package, remote start, side step bars, 5.7 Hemi and most of the other options.
Can't wait to get home and driver her! (truck also)

Thank you. I am very excited to get home and see my family. Also very excited to drive the new truck. I had a '95 regular cab shortbed 4x4 with the 5.9...great truck really enjoyed it. Now for something a bit more fancy!

I went with the Volant instead of the K&N & Mopar. It has great specs. Would have done Mopar, but to expensive. Besides, my Volant looks sweet painted to match!

Thanks for the information. Your intake looks really nice. Did you paint it? If so, how and what paint was used? I have the Inferno Red paint as well.
Well, went ahead and purchased Putco window vents, AVS Aeroskin bugshield, Putco chrome mirror covers and the chrome tailgate dress up piece. I have about 170 in all that. I also ordered an All Sales brushed aluminum locking fuel door, I got the fuel door for about 90 shipped. Next thing may be a factory painted to match grill surround and the cold air intake. Other than the bed side top rails and a hitch step, i think that i will be done. Hopefully someone will come out with a rear window sun shade/deflector.
