It was -7 here this morning with the remnants of 5" of snow on the ground, and wind chill of -20ish. W just don't usually get this cold in the desert of NM. I drove my Silverado work truck over 200 miles in the snow in the last 3 days.

Been raining 24 hours and never hit 40.I got horses in the fields that are shivering their butts off.Wife put out extra hay midday yesterday trying to help them warm up some.High fiber builds body heat and after eating a while the steam rolls off them.Rained all night and 36 degrees.

its crazy usually we get all the snow here in North Dakota but seems everywhere else in the USA is getting it. we can still see grass in some areas and ive shoveled probably only 5 times this year. It also has been fairly warm this winter. its has been up to 35 degrees the last 2 weeks. But we have been down -45 with wind chill a few times but it seems to go right back up.

Maybe the world is shifting. I watched a show that was saying in 2012 (with the end of the calender deal) a new ice age would happen and cause the earth to shift putting the equator near CANADA

You guys should be glad you're not here in New York. I like the snow and changes, etc. but this winter has been insane! We have over 3 feet on the ground right now, yesterday we had sleet for about 6 hours straight, and more is on the way tomorrow! ENOUGH!!!
