70mph whistle
Check the door adjustment, mine was a little loose and whistled.
I readjusted the door to close slightly tighter, noise hasnt been back since.
Just a thought,
check the front plastic inner fender wheel well for fitment, wind can actually get past them and howel up into the front door area.
Not many fastners holding them in there, and they are VERY thin plastic. Anyhow, just an idea or more to check out.

This will only work "IF" you actually have a door seal issue that isnt aligned tight to the cab & body...!
Some doors come from the factory misaligned, and DO leak air, causing whistling.
I`ve seen on a few trucks, the seal is deformed. So do some diagnoising first..!
Rule out the fact that you aren`t one of those people that SLAM doors when you close them.
(or the passengers aren`t heavy handed when closing them)
If it didnt leak when you bought the truck new, maybe you simply caused it to start leaking by slamming the doors to hard.
Nothing ruins a door seal quicker than someone SLAMMING the doors to hard. (biggest reason i wont let anyone ride in my truck...lol)
Step #1
FIRST, check to make sure the seals were properly installed.
(i`ve seen some in the past that wern`t attached properly)
Next, look for misaligned door(s) to the cab/body.
If door(s) & body lines dont match up cleanly, you need to adjust the doors, move the latch on the cab body to accomodate.
(slightly loosen the "fixed catch" screws on the cab body, lightly tap inward with plastic hammer)
After moving "catch`s" inward, check "door to body" alignment all the way around the door(s)
The door(s) should set outside of the body (rear edge of the door only) slightly so that stone chips in the paint dont start appearing on the cab itself. If the door(s) sit to far into the body, this isnt proper alignment. The reason the door(s) wants to sit outward at the rear is to deflect debris from hitting the cab/body and cause paint chipping. (front edge of the door wants to sit slightly inward of the fender. If quad cab, front door should over lap rear doors) Run your fingers across the door and cab, should feel a slight step feeling, then you`ve aligned the door satisfactory. After you`ve aligned the door(s) and still have wind noises, proceed to "Step #2"
Step #2
Re-align/Tighten air gaps by bending the window frame
(only do this if the doors are already aligned properly)
1-Open the door
2-Roll the window down (all the way down)
3-Roll a bath towel into a tight log (beach towels work best)
4-Place & hold the bath towel at the latch area (between door and body of truck)
5-Now push the top of the window frame of the door inward.
(5-this will cause the door to be tighter against the cab body, close`s up the gap, IF ther "was" a gap)
This method may take a few try`s to get it, but its how pro bodyshops do it.
If you still have air noise`s, its most likely NOT the door seals or door alignment.
Check the winshield mouldings for gaps.
If you have window vent shades, hood air deflectors, these can also cause air noises.
If you`ve added aftermarket items and developed wind noise, you`ll have to just deal with it or remove the items.
Hope some of these technic`s help some of you folks

had the same issue. Final fix was two trips to the dealer and body shop. Had to get the door pulled in and replace the door seal. Sucks when you buy a brand new truck.
try placing pieces of tape along the door seal. Remove small pieces until you determine where the sound is coming from. Mine was whistling right above the mirror in about a 4" section on the driver side door seal. Its fixed now but not happy about this happening with a brand new truck. This is clearly a defect with all the people having similar issues

but also keep in mind, these trucks are hugely mass produced.
They`re not custom hand built like a 250,000 dollar sports car from italy.
During their travels from the factory to the day of delivery, doors can get misaligned pretty easily.
Go to a dealership on a day of deliveries, you would freak out how these vehicles are chained down to the carriers.
Then you`ll understand why we have alignment issues with steering, and doors not fitting properly.
Seen my share of flattend tires on vehicles when the transit carriers deliver, bust belts in tires, bent wheels. List goes on an on
Quality also slips away here too:
The factories will randomly pull a vehicle from the line and give it a quick lookover, if its within spec, they wont look at another one for quite a while. So quite a few vehicles get out of the plant unnoticed with issues. They dont have enough manpower to inspect every single vehicle to perfection.
(nore do they likely have the proper training: Hence back to the dealer several times to fix properly)
I blame the dealerships for not looking at these vehicles more closely and handle it before they get to the customer.
The dealerships aren`t helping the quality that the factory says these trucks are. The factory and dealer should work together to make sure the customer is 100% satisfied, and they dont. Its all about greed today, gotta make that holy dollar. I`ve seen it coming for years and years, "if it comes back, we`ll worry about then" type of attitude, "just get it out the door as fast as you can, we gotta make money, thers no money in comebacks, so if the customer dosent notice, its money in our pockets". Back in my hayday, we cared first for the customer before we looked at our paycheck, because the customers were how we got our paycheck, by buying quality. This isnt just in the auto business, its everything today. Why do you think we have everything made in china, its about profit first...thats called greed...corporate america does it best.
