Just received all the stuff from bak to replace my seals on the F1, was pretty straight forward with removing the old tailgate seal and side rail seals on cover, tough part was removing the glue/double sided tape from the cover surface, total work took about 2 hours and then shimmed the rails, put cover back on and no leaks now, still have an issue with putting the cover against the rear window without tearing the side rail seals up, probably going to use a rubber coat to cover the aluminum frame of the F1 to make it smooth and cushion for this area.
