Default safety rack group buy? help me out guys!

I've been rack shopping since I bought my truck. Im looking for a head ache rack that offers carrying capability and rear window protection.

I love this one:

but cannot do that price. so I'm seeing if anyone is interested. I already emailed them and told them the only way I will buy is for a fair price.

or I will have to go this route:

please let me know guys as even just one more person would help, and a group should make for a decent price to us all

I can't afford it = not a fair price? I doubt that they will respond to an email like that.

In any event, that spyder one looks more decorative than functional. Mounting plates only have 1 bolt to the headache rack?

Of the 2, the pro guard looks like a better rack functionality/strength wise.

This is a good one if you want something strong and relatively inexpensive: ($290)

"i cant afford it=not a fair price" is not at all what im saying. I just spent 34,000 on a frickin pick up truck, something I never thought I'd do. I can afford either of em, its just $590 for just the head ache rack is ridiculous when you can get an entire trak rack set up for 6-700.

the only flaw I see in the safety rack is the bolt you can clearly see holding the rack to the frame. I put some heavy loads on my rack, and I dont know how that bolts gonna hold up
