Please help! I have just recently started having bluetooth issues. My phone connects but when i call out or someone calls me either I can't hear them or they can'yt hear me. About the same time, my key phob started getting an attitude. Not unlocking until pushed several times & I'm right at the door. Probably not related but still an issue. I have a buddy that just got a 2011 Ram & his radio offers bluetooth audio straming. Mine doesn't is this a software update? if so can I purchase it? I know its a lot of questions & I'm rambling but your help is greatly appriciated!!

try to pair the phone to radio again when it connects ck vol for in call setting so wheen in a call turn up radio it shoud turn up call setting
with the remotes i had two replaced and still same thing try holding for 1s or 2
