Sounds like a good deal to me. I bought my first Ram 1500 big horn right after Christmas and the sticker was 42,500 and I paid 34,000. Guess it all depends on where you are but for North East PA, I thought I got a pretty good deal.
Good Luck with your new truck !!

The sticker on my 2009 Big Horn CC Hemi 4X4 was 41455 as well. I had them throw in a RER Navigation and walked out the door paying 31,600 OTD. Not to shabby I say. I bought the truck in 12/09. I checked the KBB trade-in value and it came back at $29K in good condition. $31K for private sale.
