My TPMS light has been on solid for days now. I checked my tires, all are normal, and filled with nitrogen so I know its not the change in weather or anything thats causing this.
From what you guys say tho, your TPMS lights dont stay on solid? They come on after an amount of time?

Lol! I'm actually going to try moving them this weekend and wrapping them in foil - I figure a little shielding can't hurt!

Even more interesting, I took a road trip today (about 100 miles interstate each way) and the error cleared itself. No idea why, but I expect when I use the lights again it'll flare up...

My light only comes on for a second when the headlights or fogs turn on. Both sets are HIDExtra.

rather then standard foil, try the quietening mat that has foil on it.

I probably wouldn't do that if the ballasts get hot. Heat is the enemy of power.

For me, until I installed the HID Extra lights my TPMS light only came on for maybe a second when the lights came on... after the HID Extras it's on flashing non stop.

Do you have HID's? Typically, if there is a tire pressure problem, once you start you truck, you will get the chimes and the flashing TPMS. Then after a few seconds it will stay solid. Of course if you don't have HID's and you checked that your tire pressure being up to the correct level, I would say you have a bad sensor or a lose connection.

All these problems I read about when lifting your truck or putting HID's on them...seems to be a couple of mods that need some refining before I would just bring on grief.
