Factory ordered my 2011 Sport 4x4 three weeks ago and still haven't received an estimated delivery date. Dealer tells me it's in build status. Anyone do a factory order lately? How long was the wait?

 

Ordered March 31 2010 delivered July 27 2010.

 

Build time can vary dramatically depending on time of year, options selected, parts availability, etc. The best answer to the question is it will probably take 12 weeks. You'll likely turn out to be happily surprised but if you set your mind to 12 weeks you probably won't be too disappointed.

I ordered mine 4/23/10, it was completed and shipped 5/13 and, after an abnormal shipping delay, it was delivered 6/4.

I ordered mine on Nov 1, 2010, order placed and confirmed by Chrysler the next day. Estimated ship date was Dec 22. Actual ship date from Michigan was Dec 15. Vehicle arrived in NM Dec 24th, arrived at Dealer on Dec 31 in Farmington. I took delivery on Jan 6....

Shortly after my order was placed with Chrysler, they issued new "approximate" delivery dates of about 90 days. (When my order was accepted, the est was 60 days.)

Your dealer is not being truthful - Chrysler issues the probable build date almost immediately after accepting the order. In my case, it was built about 7 days before the expected build date..

 

4 months for me......

 

Ordered Dec 23 2010...factory was close for 2 weeks for holiday....picked it up 2/12/11....last weekend.

 

Spoke with the dealer today and I will be picking her up April 9th. Still too long of a wait but I know she is worth it.

 

Waiting is tough, especially when you are on this forum reading about your truck all day,lol but the wait was definately worth it to have the exact truck I wanted with all the options I wanted.

I ordered Dec 10, 2010 and I'm still waiting.
The last information I have is that it is scheculed to ship on Feb 22, and should be in my driveway 7 to 10 days later.
