I'd recommend you avoid the sunroof option if you're worried about comfort of taller passengers. Folks over 6' 2" or 6' 3" have a hard time in my truck - the sunroof takes up a lot of headroom, even with the CC.

I'm 5' 8", so it doesn't bother me!

I went and took a look at the CC today, and there really is a huge difference in the amount of room in the back seat. It did seem to me that this truck had a smaller gas tank than mine based on the amount of fuel left, miles to empty and avg. mpg. It had almost 1/2 tank and only 68 miles to empty with 11mpg avg.

The dealer couldn't do the deal that I wanted on it, so I'm still looking, but I do think the CC is the way I'm going to go. I kinda like the look of my QC more, but functionality is going to win out this time!

The predictive distance-till-empty uses your recent driving habits (something like 25 miles) to give you an estimate. So if that truck has been on test drives where it is cold and everyone testing driving it was just ripping it up and down the street, it'll show a terrible DTE.

On long road trips with our truck, if we hop off the highway, get gas, and hop back on, sometimes it'll show as much as 500+ miles till empty (32 gallon tank). But if we are driving around town and fill up it'll show 300 and change.

I have taken many long trips with full sized adults in the back of the CC, and all I ever get is comments of disbelief of how comfortable it really is. I have even had two adults and a carseat in the back at the same time with no complaints at all. Everyone has their own need for either a crew or quad, but if it's space for larger people believe me, the crew will not disappoint!

crew cab also has a better seating position not so upright in the rear seat as the quad cab as well.
gas tanks are the same or can be the same 26 or 32 in either one.

I had 2 quad cabs previously and though I prefer the look and occasionally the bed, the crew cab is much roomier and comfortable. I'm 6'6" so drive with the seat pretty much all the way back. It wasn't a lucky person who got to sit behind me. Its no longer an issue with the crew cab.

When I went to purcase my 09 Ram. I was also stuck between the longer bed and bigger cab issue. That was until my grandma hopped in the back and was in disbelief she was still in a truck. So needless to say I was sold.

Funny you mention your grandma. My grandmother also told me she much prefers climbing into my 2010 crewcab than my sister's new 2011 Grand Cherokee.

I'm the second owner on my QC so I only have the Dodge 80k certified pre-owned warranty that I got when I bought it. Better than I would have gotten with the new truck since it was not certified pre-owned.

They weren't willing to give me enough on my trade to make it worth it so I never did the deal.
