I got mine done just after xmas. Im in Canada. But that's another thing i went to my dealership like 2 times before this bitching about a rattling noise that was coming from the engine (sounded like it was coming from the passenger side) at about 2 rpms. It kept rattling and i had read about this recall and i just assumed the noise was a bolt broken off vibrating somewhere. It just made sense to me. Anyways i went there and brought the manager for a ride and he told me it was my CAI (just about punched him for trying to feed me bull**** on custom parts) so i took it off and put the stock one on and it was probably worst, so i went back and told them what now. He then told it was probably snow stuck somewhere, just about punched him again as im pretty sure i know every single sound coming from my truck ive had it since new, and besides the fact it was doing this noise since this summer. But anyways they brought the truck in to check it and said there was an RRT about the exhaust bolts (good thing i told him that 2 visits before) anyways they changed them and said cylinder 8 exhaust bolt was broken off. But now that they changed them i still have this noise, so im wondering if its not the broken bolt rattling somewhere in there or they just pretended they changed them and never touched it. but im kinda over it, just crank the godamn radio.
