Just an update. They looked at the fascia today. One of the retaining clips is completely missing. Obviously when they either removed or replaced it when they did the bumper they must have broken it off. Dealer is ordering a whole new front fascia for me.

 

There ya go. Forums are great place for info. They helped alot in rebuilding my 09. I've replaced just about every bracket, clip, bolt and part on the front end of my truck. Any help I can give anyone I will, mine was like a big puzzle. I know where every part belongs.
