Default Mopar 2" Leveling Kit Issues Update

Update to my experience with Mopar 2" Leveling Kit. I installed the BFGs 285/65R20 after finally working out 4x4 shudder issues with dealer. Shudder issues are normal and no fix for that they said. Well now I am concerned that the shuddering is damaging components. We had a warm up here in Michigan and I went under the truck to inspect everything. I noticed oil coming from the seal between the front transfer case and the drive shaft to the right front wheel. The left side was dry, but the right side had oil all around seal and it was starting to run down to the base of transfer case. Took it to the dealer and they said it was the right half shaft seal coming off the transfer case, I believe. Part is on order and should be installed today. Covered under warranty, truck only has 17,500 miles on it.

Two questions:

1) Can those seals sometimes just go bad or be defective from factory?
2) As far as I understood, CV joints would be more strained by changing angles with Leveling kit, so the seal that is leaking on my truck should not have been affected by that, correct?

Any input? Thanks.

I do believe there is a RRT or recall on some of those front seals for leaking.
