Hi All,

Got my Python 592 Alarm / Remote start installed today. Works Great, claims to have a 1 mile range! I went with the aftermarket option rather than the dealer/stock option b/c of the alarm was a Christmas gift, and b/c of all the extra modules you can add to aftermarket alarms. Along with the alarm/remote start, I also had installed a tilt sensor, glass break sensor and backup battery.

The main 2-way key fob, with the LCD screen, is a little big & fat for my taste, so I'm just gonna start using the 1-way standard extra fob that also came with the unit; it's about the size of my truck key. I bought all my extra modules and the main connection transponder (CHALL) off of Amazon at ridiculously low prices; took it all to a reputable installer and just paid for the install/labor of everything. If anyone has any questions, just let me know, I'll do my best to answer.
