Anyone have Bridgestone Revo 2's on their truck?
How do you like them?
Specifically, how is their ride quality? (sound and translation of road imperfections?)
Basically I need a tire that's a little more off-road capable than the stock Wrangler HP, but I can't give up any road manners in the process. I've read about the Revo 2's and the consensus seems to be that they are a great tire but some reviews are really negative, so it seems to be hit or miss depending on the vehicle, so I figured I'd ask if anyone has these on their 4th gen?
The stock Wranglers are pretty crappy overall, so I don't think it'll be hard to get a tire that is as quiet but has more off-road capability, but all I know is if the truck comes out of the shop riding louder/harsher than it did when it drove in, my dad's not gonna be a happy camper. If it was up to him we'd have highway tires, but I take the truck camping and need to drive on some gravel and dirt roads.
So let me know if you guys have had any experiences with them, both good or bad!
I plan to get them in the stock 275/60R20 size for our 20" rim, so if you are using this size, even better!

You are comparing apples to oranges. Stock is a street tire. Revo is an AT. Street tires will almost always be quieter

The Revo is a nice AT tire. But, it doesn't sound to me like that is what you want.
If you want a nice, smooth quiet ride, with improved year round traction over the stock HPs, and are willing to pay the cost of a Revo.
You should be looking into the Michelin LTX MS2.
