Had the truck in last week for an air bag light. They ordered the part and I came in today to have it installed. When I pick it up I notice the invoice has "Not all parts in for RRT 10028. Order parts". When I questioned the writer about it he says he doesn't know what its for. Anybody know what this is for? Like I said I had the truck in last week and the RRT wasn't there but now it is.

 

if i remember correctly the rrt is for front axle seals,but i dont know if its the same for the 2500.i would of asked the writer if you dont know what the rrt is for then how do you know what parts to order

 

Yeh I know it was a dumb response from the writer, but I was picking up my truck during lunch and was in a hurry. I'll have to give them a call and see what it's for.

 

Got a call today that the part is in. So I asked again what this RRT is for, the lady on the phone says she's not sure but it is to replace a bolt. Any ideas?

 

There is an RRT about replacing exhaust header bolts. No idea if the number is the same as this.

Finally got someone at the dealer to look up RRT 10-028. He said it's for a transfer case skid plate, missing cross member and bolts.
