I looked at the instructions after install again and one pic shows the screws and cap with arriws going in and also arrows going out...guesa that was saying tap the holes with screws since the next pic shows the cap going on truck....I knew I should not have looked at instructions and just forced the screws in like in the past...lol

 

I guess that means you didn't accept my $20 offer, huh?? LOL
